An ultra high precision peristaltic metering pump, dual cassette head, eight Molybdenum Disul- phide rollers based on A TMEL AVR microcontrol- ler. The pump is driven a high performance bipo- lar stepper motor chopper drive. A 24v SMPS and a 5v DC-DC converter power the system and this ensures absolutely consistent & repeatable dis- pensing even at as low as 0.1 gms.
Available in either powder coated all Aluminum or all SS316 stainless steel cabinet with 16 X 2 back- lit alphanumeric LCD and membrane touch key- pad. The system can also be remotely triggered by RS232 or through TTL interface (active low logic).
Multiple dispensing options either by weight (gms) or by volume (ml) are user selectable. The system automatically remembers the last used dispensing mode and at power-up is by default set in the same. Calibration is available wherein r.p.m and pump ON time can be controlled for achieving ultra accurate dispensing.
