We started manufacture of bioreactors in India in the year 2003. Our bioreactor project is funded by department of Science & technology (DST), TIFAC under the HGT program. Except for the sensor electrodes, we manufacture the complete product in-house. The system control electronics is based on the state of art embedded microcontroller technology.
We also have the distinction of being the only company in the world supplying an all Teflon RUSTON turbine impeller. Also we are the only company providing high accuracy peristaltic pumps with eight rollers & a demountable cassette head. The cassette along with the pump tubing can be sterilized.
Our peristaltic pumps employ bi-polar stepper motor drives and are driven by individual microcontrollers to provide maintenance free operation. Power fluctuations also don’t effect our systems.
