BIOTRON was introduced in 2003, Till date we have sold more than 35 units. The first Indian bioreactor to feature four variable speed peristaltic pumps, dual flow meter gas mixing station, fully integrated single electronic unit & finally the best pH control system. Our systems also have the distinction of being the only bioreactors in the world having all Teflon six segment Ruston turbine impellers. Common electronic control unit for vessel volumes from 2-15 liters.

Biotron  is shipped with  four ultra high precision variable speed peristaltic pumps arranged in a tower style for conserving the lab space. Our new design integrates the control electronics & pumping system into a single tower system.

 

At SCI we believe in providing a total fermentor solution, our systems come completely fitted with all essential accessories such as HOT & COLD water circulation system and AIR compressor. All our vessel systems are both Auto cleavable & In-Situ sterilize able.

 

Our systems support both standalone operation or can be interfaced to PC. The control system employed is our very own [Reactive Logic™]. This offers better performance than PID or FUZZY logic controllers. Our pH controller supports, single sided, double sided & dead band control.
