Spectrochem Instruments (SCI) was incorporated in 1996. Prior to the incorporation, Spectrochem Instruments was a closely held family partnership company with the name Analytical Spectral Utilities (ASU) established in 1992.
ASU & SCI were both founded by Dr. T.H.Rao & Mr. Madhav Tenneti. Dr. Rao is a leading Analytical chemist with over 40 years of experience in Analytical Instrumentation & Lab & process automation. Mr. Madhav is an Embedded systems design engineer with over 18 years experience.
It was Our director Mrs Krishnaveni's idea to establish our Embedded system consultation & training division. She has a Master's in Computer Application & heads our embedded training division.
The founder’s vision was to introduce high technology Analytical, Lab & process instrumentation comparable to the best brands in the world market at affordable price to Indian scientists & industry.
